It's technically the second day of break, and I am dying of boredom. I got really nauseous just sitting on the computer all day. I felt sick and exhausted, I ended up going outside for a bit of fresh air even though it had been raining all day long today. The cold air hit my face and the feeling just woke me right up. The air felt clean and instantly I felt better. I need to just go outside once and away and enjoy the nice clean air that surrounds me. Being stuck inside all day isn't that great since you can actually get sick just by doing nothing. I need to seriously watch myself to keep my body healthy and working.
